Why didn't I receive a response to my support ticket?

If you're logged into our support site with your PSN account when you submit a support ticket, then you will not receive an email when our support representatives response to your ticket.  To check on the status of your support tickets, you will need to log into the PSN account that you originally sent said support ticket in with, click on your PSN name at the top right of the page, and then select My Activities.

    I'm not seeing anything to check the status of my error codes?! I can't even play more that 1 match before it gives me an error code. It would be nice if I could get an answer for this
